All customers are hereby notified that all parcels are allowed to be opened before payment.

You, as a customer, have the right to check the parcel at the time of delivery. If there is any issue with the product, you may refuse the parcel and inform us immediately.

If you accept the parcel and make the payment, any return or exchange request must be reported to us, and the parcel must be sent back at the customer’s own expense.

Please cooperate with the courier rider and inform us in case of any issue with your order.
